Graham Stuart joins VetNZ

Graham Stuart has recently joined the VetNZ board as an Independent Director and also Chair of the Board. Graham brings a wealth of knowledge, a proven track record of achievement in change management, strategy, finance, international business, working in joint ventures and organisational leadership.

Graham is an experienced corporate Director with an established track record of performance in governance and in prior executive roles. He is currently the Chair of EROAD Limited, and Northwest Healthcare Property Management Limited he is also a Director and Chair of the Audit Committees at Tower Limited, and Metro Performance Glass Limited.

He served for 7 years as the Chief Executive Officer of Sealord Group and prior to that was Director, Strategy and Growth and Chief Financial Officer of Fonterra Co-operative Group. Graham is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand (CAANZ). He has a Master of Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Commerce with first class honours from the University of Otago. Graham has served on several government bodies including the Food & Beverage Taskforce, the Māori Economic Development Panel and the Fisheries Technical Advisory Group.
